Here's a little bit about the show..

Host sallynbctv:

There is no one on Earth like Jarod. And now, some of the most dangerous people on Earth are after him.

A genius whose I.Q. is off the chart, Jarod was raised in isolation by The Centre, a secret organization that trained him to be a "human chameleon," so brilliant he could assume any identity, solve any puzzle. He thought he was creating "simulations": organizing military coups, manipulating financial markets, plotting terrorist strikes. But when he learned others were using his results to stage actual misdeeds, Jarod was incensed. So he fled The Centre to make up for some of the wrongs he'd inadvertently caused.

Like "Quantum Leap", Jarod's quest takes him to new settings each week as he assumes new jobs: a tanker captain who stops toxic dumpers; a surgeon exposing a deadly hospital; an airline pilot battling unsafe skies. His brilliance and charm help him assume any personality, but genius alone isn't always enough to get him out of a jam. That's because Jarod has only experienced the world through books; in some ways, he's still a child.

Jarod's concerned The Centre will find out who, and where he is. Dr. Sydney Green, who raised him, just wants him back. But others want him stopped dead. Almost as imengant is solving the one puzzle Jarod hasn't solved: discovering who he really is, and who his parents are. Even if Jarod's task is monumental, he's undaunted. After all, he was raised to think nothing was impossible.

Also joining us here in the chat room is Ally Walker star of the new show PROFILER  which will be on Saturdays at 10pm. When an unusual series of killings occurs in Atlanta, the local police call the FBI. They, in turn, call in Samantha "Sam" Waters, a brilliant and reclusive former FBI agent, now retired and living in near-isolation with her daughter and close friend. Sam's unique talents - and the reason she's been hiding out in rural Georgia - are at the heart of this moody series. In the style of "The Silence of the Lambs", its part detective show, part mystery, part suspense thriller.

Sam was the best forensic psychologist the FBI ever had; she saw the subtle clues that made the difference between solving a case and not. But Sam left the Bureau after being caught in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with a brilliant serial killer nicknamed Jack (for Jack-of-all-trades), who ultimately murdered Sam's husband.

Host sallynbctv:

Jack stopped killing for awhile, but now he's back. And so is Sam, but on her own terms: shell work only with her former colleague Bailey Malone. And only as long as the Bureau helps maintain her anonymity. She knows Jack wants to find her - she just has no idea how close he already is.

Profiler will follow Sam as she rebuilds her career, unraveling high profile crimes, and keeping one step ahead of Jack. At least, until she can find him and stop him for good.
